Rita was a kind, loving heart that always looked forward to cooking Sunday dinner for her family usually making Roast Beef and potatoes, Boiled dinners, or Tomato Rice soup. Her cat Oscar has been at her side the past 4 years as she went through her illness but Mickey and Pal will not be forgotten.
